How these numbers work
Every action Iris takes — creating an invoice, sending it, chasing it, seeing it paid — is recorded as an event, and this page is computed directly from those events. While Iris is in testing, the numbers come from sandbox runs and are labeled as such; once real customer invoices flow through, this page switches to live data automatically. “Hours saved” is the time Iris spent doing work that would otherwise be done by hand, summed across every invoice.
